CD "My Sweet Smile"
I picked out every song on this album because I am hopelessly in love with my Smile Alicia.
I’ve included a photo album of personal pictures from our life and dreams together. They are from our personal collection and our personal favorites.
When we were looking for material for the original album I picked songs that I wish I had written for Alicia that expressed my love through the beautiful words.
I sang every word of every song through the glass of the vocal booth while looking at her beautiful eyes. Every song a testimony of my love to this amazing woman.
if you are lucky enough to love someone and be loved by someone you will love every song on here and every picture in the photo album
I promise.
By the way… I am making a new album of all original material to be released for Christmas called “We’re Still Us.” I’m co-writing with some of Nashville’s greatest writers and it’s already great. I’ll keep you posted.

John, this CD was so amazing for my husband & I to listen to & experience together. I am in a wheelchair due to covid pneumonia & after 5 months of being in the hospital, I came home. Then my husband just came home after being in hospital 2 months after having a Cardiac Arrest also from life long effects of Covid Pneumonia called Cardiomyopathy. God saved both of our lives & we know these sufferings glorify Him & one day these sufferings will be over when we meet our Savior face to face. Our 30 year marriage has faced a lot of challenging times, but our Love has stayed strong & faithful & it's because we put God at the helm. We listened to this CD with the windows open wide & the wind in our face on the way to our Dr appointments & I could keep listening to it, it's everything we are, what we have in each other & all that God has Blessed us with. Last year, on September 29th., my wife of 28 years passed on unexpected at the age of 52 years young. I was 69 years young. After reading a little bit about "My Sweet Smile", I had to purchase it. It really does touch my heart, and A couple of the songs really hit home.
"Wouldn't be me without you", reminded me of something that I wrote Christina in 2010.

I have your CD "Too Good To Stop Now" from 1984 that I listen to often. My husband passed away February 19, 2018 after I took care of him for 4 years. We were together for 46 years. We were blessed to know true love and were together for 46 years. I started seeing your Facebook posts and could really relate to your emotions. Because my husband experienced lots of botched health care he was on a trach and could not talk from early 2017 until his death. I always felt loved and have been able to feel his presence with me. I pray for you because you had such a short time with your wife. I was happy to see you had made a CD and just had to order it. I know your "smile" is always near you.

This is my third (I think) purchase, the other two being Stand On It and Christmas Cars. I’ve been a fan of John since 1984 (I was 2 and had a big General Lee toy car).
