Experience in store was very good, selection of products, ease of selecting product and easy checkout. One exception is that I wish there was a space to write message for personalized autograph.
I sent message separately. John did not use message I sent, but overall photo was otherwise better than expected. Photo was larger than expected, clear photo and liked the autograph itself anyway.
I would recommend using the store. The deals are good and like that you get points toward next purchase.
