I think John did an amazing job with this movie. The parallels within the movie reflect life and how people feel or react to events in life. I am impressed that someone would take on a topic like this when Hollywood seems to shut down the careers of those that have done similar things in the past. After watching the movie I actually went online and watched several interviews John gave about life and his travels through life. Thank you for making this movie. The story and content resonated with me every second of the film. I have the same sentiments as you do when it comes to this country and the direction it is going. It is truly disgraceful. I loved the movie from start to finish. Considering that punk killed your dog, I would not have just grazed his arm. The sound was not very good quality throughout, but it did not take away from the storyline and theme. More people need to watch this movie to get an understanding of what patriotism looks like. Great Job!

Very obviously the movie was done on a small budget but the story was great and hit many scary truth's. The acting was excellent. No one should ever be given crap for flying their flag or for having served our country. Not to mention educating our youth about what the flag stands for and respect for our veterans. Going back to what I said before in regard to the small budget. My wife and I understood the small budget immediately. Currently no one in Hollywood would finance a movie like this with a larger budget. We loved the movie and its message. Well done. Thank You. Not knocking anyone, but I have to wonder about something. You were in a Tyler Perry series. ( Understandable. Your a working actor and don't discriminate.) Tyler can't be happy that one of his actors did a movie like this. Though I could be wrong. I would hope he would at least respect it. I have so many parallels to the character Clint in the movie TO DIE FOR it really strikes a chord in me. In fact, it surprises me that it is set in the South. I have traveled from coast to coast several times and found that away from either coast the patriotism is high. And unashamedly displayed.

To Die For was an amazing story. It had me laughing, crying, tensed up and then toward the end, it froze up. I was SO disappointed! You should have tested these before sending them out as sold items, you would have seen there was a problem. I will say it was an eye opener and should be a required viewing at all elementary, middle & high school throughout America.

I'm a former Marine enlisted when I was 17 in 1974. Most of my family are former Marines. My Dad and my uncle went in on the buddy system in 1951 to Korea my brother a grunt was in Somalia during Black Hawk Down and was on first wave in Desert storm. My sister was off the coast of Jerusalem during Desert Shield in a subtender. So my family has alot of history in service to this country and our flag. You do what you have to do when your called and even tho I'm 66 years old I still have some fight left in me.

Being a Vietnam veteran. First served in 1970. Lied about my age. Was only 15 at the time. Got kick out of the Air Force at 17 for lying about my age. Went back in, in 1974. Got a Honorable Discharge in 1981. I noticed that when I came back. No one was flying the flag. So everyday, I Would put The Flag up and take Her down at dusk. I can relate to the cancer. I had it 39 years ago. I won that battle. Today at 69. I was diagnosed three years ago with ALS. So before I go. I'm Going to buy Four 25' flag poles with the solar light. Besides Old Glory, I'm flying the Trump flag. Screw the left. Thanks, ENJOYED it.
